DISLIKES: rubbish tv programs, jeremy clarkson slagging off an Aston Martin, and football.

HI PEOPLE
I'm Tom Foreman a.k.a. . DJ PENFOLD,
I'm one of the youngsters here at Radio Cabin. I've been with Cabin for about a year now and I've had great times from first coming in and meeting Andy Garland to getting my own show.

I sat there nervously and watched Andy being the master of the switches and various lights that i didn't understand (which kinda made it all the more mezmorizing) then he spoke to me as though he had known me for ages and I knew that radio cabin was the place for me.

I started cabin looking for a voluntary job. I had tried various charity shops but the thing that I wanted was something a bit technical - and unlike searching through peoples manky clothes, radio cabin was incredibly my sort of thing.

I've made some brilliant friends, which I hope I will have contact with for life, such as Tim & Chris Liggins and Damon Oldacre who does the other technical part of Radio Cabin, and of the organ grinder here at Cabin, Mr Tony Fox.

I recently decided to endevour into the world of DJ idents and called myself DJ PENFOLD which is my nickname at school because of the "two ronnies" glasses that I wear, and two because I had a turn of whenever somebody told me to do something I'd say "OK DM" like penfold, so in a way it's more of a name that just an ident as everyone including my grandad calls me it.

So there's my bit done- have a listen send in some requests or texts or if you think I am absolutely barmy, don't think your the only one and so send me in a joke , I need some decent ones cause mine are so old they make my maths teacher feel almost young.

So as he says on TERMINATOR "I'll be back" on your local radio station as the legend that is Penfold.
