Why is there an empty blueish area in the top right of the page?
This is the area where the information and picture of who is currently on air is displayed. If you cannot see it, then this is probably because you have JavaScript disabled. Please enable JavaScript to enable the full functionality of the site.

Why doesn't the webcam image refresh?
There are two likely reasons for this. The first is that JavaScript is used to refresh the image. You may have JavaScript disabled. Alternatively, it may just be that the webcam is not currently on, and the picture you are seeing is the last one taken. Please check the time stamp in the bottom left of the image.

Why can't I change the picture in the gallery?
JavaScript is used to change the image in the gallery. Please ensure you have JavaScript enabled.

What do I need to listen to the broadcasts?
Our broadcasts are in mp3 format. To listen, you will need Windows Media Player. If you are using a computer with Microsoft Windows installed, you will have everything you need.

I’ve got a problem with or seen an error on the website, what shall I do?
If you have a problem with the website, please e-mail the web team giving details of the problem you have encountered, the browser name and version (eg. Internet Explorer 7), and any other information you feel may be relevant. If you have seen an error with some of the Website content, please e-mail the web team with the page the error is on, what the error is, and what needs to be changed to make the information correct.
