Born in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire several millennia ago.

Joined the Army to see the world but ended up seeing most of Kent! However, I did present some marathon shows on BFBS Belize in 1981-82, in the days when vinyl was still king!

I've lived in the area since 1994 but it wasn't until 2009 that I saw a flyer for the Radio Cabin in the window of Mac's Music Shop. The rest is hysterical…

Owing to my advanced age, my musical tastes tend to revolve around the 1960s and 1970s with a bit of the 80s too—a Golden Age! I like to play Rock, Pop, Folk, Psych, Prog, Glam and basically anything I feel like, but usually I dig much deeper than “The Hits”.
